Woodward Capital is an investment fund focused on acquiring a single platform business while ensuring the sellers’ legacy for the long term
We are supported by a team of seasoned operators and investors determined to continue the prosperity of your business
We are not private equity or venture capital; we buy for keeps!
We believe your succession is as much about your legacy as it is about the transaction. Woodward Capital provides a smooth and flexible transition to owners ready for the next phase of their lives
We will step into the business, learn it and take over the day-to-day operations. Your team, brand and relationships will remain intact as we transition to the next generation of ownership
Our goal is to build on the strong foundation of successful companies while driving growth, innovation and long-term profitability
Woodward Capital and the acquired business will be supported by a hand selected board of directors and operating advisors comprised of experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts
We formed Woodward Capital to partner with one entrepreneurial company that shares our values and vision

We pride ourselves in a streamlined, efficient and flexible succession process
We have no red tape to navigate or investment committee approvals required to transact
